I’ve been going to Synergy for over a year now. I really appreciate Coach Annette’s dedication to her classes and how she holds all members accountable! Synergy classes are always reasonably challenging and fun. Plus, the effort to keep the studio clean and stick to the schedule (start time/end time ) is also a huge plus ! You won’t be able to find another studio like Synergy.

After 3 years of no excise, I was ready to hit the gym again. But this time I was looking for a coach that will push my limits and take me out of my comfort zone but at the same time will be patient with me. I found this place online and I am so grateful I did. Is everything that I expected and so much more. Since the initial phone consultation provided by the Head Coach Annette, I knew this was the place for me. I asked how I sign up after explaining my situation and she responded come and join us for a FREE week and after that you decided when you want to sign up. The first class was given by Zayra one of the instructors she was so amazing and very kind and patient with me. Took the time to explain twice every time I did not get the move. I am hooked went back yesterday and will be signing up for my weekly routine. Therefore, if you are looking to get back at the healthy living style this is the place to come for a good workout with coaches that really care for you.

Synergy has so much to offer, it is a place were the staff is committed to your fitness progress. They offer a holistic approach to help you reach a healthy lifestyle. All the 45-60 minutes structured instructor led classes are so much fun. Coach Annette gives her all during training sessions, you definitely feel her passion and energy during your class. She and the other instructors are always there pushing you to reach your full potential. This gym offers structure classes, offering a routine and consistency to your fitness goals. All the formats starting from full body, leg, arm day, cardio, Pilates and abs classes are designed by Coach Annette targeting areas of growth for all her clients. Regardless of your fitness level you can modify your workouts and get results.

I not only found a fitness club; I found a fitness family where I feel at home.

I have worked with a lot of trainers in the past, Coach Annette is by far the best of the best. For what I paid for one hour of a personal trainer’s time at another gym, you get a full month here. There is a big difference between group classes at other gyms...and group classes at Synergy. You get what you pay for. Other gyms you come to class for an hour and you might work up a sweat jumping around. Here you have a fitness coach guiding you through what I would describe as a personal training session in a group setting. They do of course offer one on one personal training if that is what you prefer.

At other gyms you have to figure out what classes to take or workouts to fit into your week, I ended up not making much progress this way. At Synergy they have a well thought out sequence of classes to help you sculpt and tone. Leg day, Arm day, Cardio, Full Body, Abs and Pilates are some of the classes that are offered. While the classes stay consistent, the formats are constantly changing so you will never feel bored or unchallenged.

I am very grateful to have stumbled upon this local gym and met Coach Annette. She is not just an instructor who shows up to get paid for leading a class, this business is her passion and she cares about her clients and their progress. Maybe sometimes I kind of wish she would let me keep the 10lb weights in my hand during class instead of handing me 15lbs and telling me she knows I can do more, but that is also what I love about her. She says our progress is her report card, you won’t get that kind of accountability and personalized experience at most other gyms.
