Joining Anytime Fitness has been amazing- and good for me too! I'm 5 weeks into the 6-week fitness challenge. When I started out, I hadn't exercised in 4 years! Now that im committed, I'm finally seeing progress in my strength, endurance, and even a little bit in my body. Arlington Heights is a very nice fitness center. It is clean, and the staff is nice and very helpful- Jeff is a great leader/coach/trainer and he has a good sense of humor. He knows how to adjust your workout to your skill level, but challenge you to push yourself too. I'm loving it so far and I'm very happy that I chose this location and the 6-week challenge!

I have loved my fitness experience at Anytime Fitness Arlington Heights! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is clean and offers a variety of equipment and times for small group training classes.

Very nice setup for a small gym. All the equipment is well kept and very clean. From what I've seen all the members seem nice and wipe down every machine after each use as we all have been instructed for 1 year now.
The management was also very helpful and answered any questions. I have tried most of the gyms and was a member of probably 7 or 8 over the years.
In my opinion Anytime and Planet fitness are the 2 front runners for cleanliness and equipment. Also, Anytime and Planet is almost in every city now. It's awesome to be able to visit the different ones to break up your daily routine and experience different versions of exercise equipment plus the different scenery as well.

This place is great! I came in relatively skeptical, expecting this to be like most other big commercial gyms. But that was not the case at all. The staff and trainers seem to genuinely care about your success, and the other members are all very friendly. This place just has a great atmosphere! I've worked primarily with Karen and Keith, and they're both very knowledgeable and motivating. They've managed to keep me consistent since I started back in January, and I've definitely seen the results since!
