I had recently to make a change and started to go to the gym, but my lack of knowledge on dieting was working against my efforts. Thankfully I was made aware of Sri by my relatives and was able to get in touch. The diet has made significant changes to my life in a relatively short period. I am recently consulting dietitian sri Sakthi Ramanathan, and I found her diet plan is so awesome, it helped me loose my weight approximately 10 pounds I. Just 2 months and it was effort less dieting I never felt as If I am dieting or eating less instead I was feeling full of my stomach and satisfied and at the same time I am loosing weight and my diabetes is getting under control this is really magical as I feel. She is really very good at her profession and did help me a lot, I feel she is very passionate towards her work and loves her profession as a dietitian.
