I have been going for about a month now, I have tried the classes but don't feel like I fit in. I am older and haven't been to the gym in a very long time. It is very hard for someone who is newer to the classes to catch on to things. They say just to modify the workout, but if you don't know what you are doing, how can you modify it? They should have a very basic beginner class. I know they are limited on staff and they are good at what they do, but maybe help those new/unsure people.

Really wonderful team here! Everyone is so encouraging and uplifting. Was too nervous to go to the gym until I found this one. Changed my life!

Open 24/7. Friendly staff and good equipment for all. Silver Sneakers programs twice a week and classes for people of all ages. Personal training is available at a reasonable price. My trainer, Matt developed a program just for me and it is helping me to get healthier!. I highly recommend !

I can't say enough good things about this gym. It's a super welcoming environment. All the staff are very friendly and make an effort to remember your name right off the bat and everyone in the classes is welcoming and encouraging.
