Staff are super friendly, welcoming and even funny! They genuinely care for everyone's safety, and do everything they can to help you on your health and exercise journey. The personal training sessions are super rewarding in and of themselves. The dieticians they partner with are so kind, and mindful of your health holiticaly. They all want to see you put in the work to suceed!

The staff are great and the group classes are fun - very welcoming gym and everything is clean and in good shape. Definitely recommend.

My wife and I have been working out at this Anytime Fitness in Sugar Grove for about a year now. This location is one of the cleanest gyms we have ever used. You regularly see the staff vacuuming, wiping down equipment, and cleaning the bathrooms. The staff members are always very friendly and readily available to answer any questions. The owners, Justin and Amanda, are at the location several days per week to ensure things are running smoothly. We have had all positive experiences at this gym. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great gym to workout in.

Overall great gym - friendly staff, clean, and quality equipment. Sugar Grove has needed a gym for quite a while! Good mix of cardio, free weights, cables, and machines. First Anytime Fitness I’ve been to, so can’t compare to other Anytimes. This gym does however have better equipment than most local gyms in the area.
