My entire experience from my initial phone call to get pricing to the minute they left was exceptional. Matt and Juan were friendly, informative and thorough. My carpets and rugs look brand new and some were in pretty poor shape. I'll definitely be using these guys again.

I’m so happy that I called Quality Carpet Cleaning! Michael did a thorough survey of what I needed with my carpets and that made me feel confident that my issues would be resolved. The men that did the work were professional, friendly and took great care of the carpet. In extremely happy with the results and my husband is elated that we don’t need to replace the carpet yet!

When I called to set up the appointment, I talked to Micheal, who was very easy to work with. On our appointment day, two technicians arrived, looked over the space, and got right to work. They were quick and professional, cleaning an L-shaped living/dining room and a carpeted staircase. Our carpet looks so much better. They told us beforehand not every stain will come out, and they were right. I'd much rather be told that up front than have someone say they can take care of everything and leave stains behind. I'd call them again in a heartbeat.

We are first time customers of Quality Carpet Cleaning and couldn't be happier. The owner (Mike) spent a lot of time on the phone with us explaining what their process was and exactly what it would cost to clean our 17 year old carpeting. Matt and Abraham showed up today as scheduled, were very courteous and did an excellent job - the carpeting looks, feels and smells better than ever. Quality Carpeting did what they said they would do at the price they said they would do it for. We will be having them back again.

I'm very happy with the service. I will definitely use them again on a yearly basis to keep the carpets clean.
