Absolutely the best. Mike and his son, Jimmy, diagnosed my car's front end shimmy and pulling to the right as being caused by a bulge in the tread area of the front tire,, advised me to get to new front tires and sent me on my way without charge. That's the second time they were so helpful to me without charge. Beyond that human kindness, they are skilled mechanics. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I’ve gotten my: break pads, alternator, cv joints, and many other jobs done with them. They’re always considerate of your time (when you need your car back) and transparent with the services you need and the price.

I recently had an emergency situation with my car. The CV joint broke down in the middle of the day on the highway. I called Mike at Keil, he gave me a few references for a tow and insisted I compare for the best price. I got it towed to the shop and he was able to get both CV’s done before the end of the day so I could get to work by 6:30pm.

What I like about this shop is that Mike will give his honest opinion on the issue with the vehicles and if something is not needed, he will advise not to do it (unlike many other shops and even dealers). They might be busy at times, which actually shows that they are in demand and their services are valuable to customers like me.

I have been servicing both my vehicles (van and an SUV) with Mike and his team and have been getting very satisfactory results. Also, the fact that they upload repair info into Carfax is a big plus for me.
