This was my first experience with Tom and Jerry’s auto body. My best friend who owned a great body shop moved to a different state a couple of years ago and I was devastated when on my way to work, my car’s bumper was damaged from a rear– end collision. I didn’t know any good body shop that I could trust and I chose Tom and Jerry’s based on the five star reviews on google reviews page, and let me tell you, I don’t regret it! Everything that was being said about this shop is TRUE. These people really care about their customers and provide excellent service, outstanding communication, top quality work and fare price. When I came to pick up my car, it looked great and spotless. Besides the great job that they did on the bumper, they went the extra mile buffing some unrelated scratches on my car and cleaning the car’s interior! Additionally, to my surprise I received a cute box of chocolate mint candies!)) I HIGHLY recommend this auto body shop!

Back in November, an Amazon truck backed into my parked car and damaged my front driver's side. This process has been a pain, but the most painless part of it has been Tom & Jerry's. They are a great bunch of guys (I worked with Tom and Mark) who made even me, a woman in her 20s, feel comfortable and confident in the work they were doing. They also provided timely updates and got my car back to me a day early. If I ever have another reason to go to a body shop, I'll be back at Tom & Jerry's in a heartbeat.

After someone accidentally backed into my car and broke my reflector (who thankfully left a note to cover the expenses), I was in search for an auto body shop that would help me fix the damages. I spoke with Mark who was a great help in providing a quote, ordering the parts and kept good communication during the entire (quick!) process. I first contacted them on a Friday for a quote and by the following Wednesday morning, my car was fixed. It only took a few days for the parts to be delivered and only about 30 minutes to fix the issue. I would definitely recommend Tom & Jerry’s for auto body work!

I needed a body shop to repair the damage to my e90 335i. This is my pride and joy so finding a good body shop was important. Tom and Jerry's shop is very clean and the owners are friendly and professional. I took my car to get fixed. They finished the work sooner than expected and yet the car looked perfect. The way they blended the paint was incredible. At this time, the car looks better than when I first bought it. The wheel needed to be replaced as well. When i got the car back i found that the wheel was out of balance. I called them and they had me bring the car in the next day. It was fixed within 30 minutes. They not only provide amazing results but make sure that they work with you if there are any imperfections. Over all they are an amazing shop.
