Never have an issue. Never had a problem the way they talk to you and explain problems and issues with vehicles is really helpful to people that really do not know things about vehicles. If I was going to put money on a table this would be the place

(December 23, 2022, 3:36 pm)I had a flat tire with 4 kids in the car. I called Norwood Auto and they got me in right away and I only had to wait 15 minutes! It was nail in my tire that they patched up! They were very accommodating with kids and very nice!

(December 16, 2022, 3:53 pm)I would definitely use Norwood Auto Service again. My car had a terrible oil leak after oil change somewhere else. All oil leaked out in 4 days. Was told by the other place I needed new oil plug because it was the wrong size. The techs here inspected my car and sent me a video showing I had a damaged oil plan. They were able to get the part and have my car ready the same day. Everyone was nice and they were reasonable. Would definitely use Norwood Auto Service again if the need arises. Thank you everyone!

The staff listens to my concerns and gave me suggestions as to what is was best approach to getting my truck in a prompt time…Very professional, I have recommended this place to my all my friends..
