My insurance listed Royal Automotive as a preferred body shop. Overall my experience with Su at Royal was excellent. Su kept me up to date throughout the process. I'm no expert on automotive repair but the paint matches, the parts appear aligned, and the car drives smooth.
The only bad part was the waiting on parts to arrive. Seems like parts are still taking time to deliver.

Royal Automotive came highly recommended from a family friend, and I could not be happier with the job they did with auto body repair and painting of my fairly new vehicle. All the customer facing staff have been pleasant and very helpful, working closely with the insurance and car rental companies to make my repairs so effortless. Their services are well priced and they are so easy to work with that they are now my go-to for car repair.

Su, Josh and team were fantastic. From schedule flexibility and an urgency to match mine, to punctuality and quality, Royal passed with flying colors. I’m extremely picky, and our 3 year old SUV is a pearl white that has never spent a night outside. So Royal had a high level of quality to meet. I don’t say this easily - it’s like the damage never happened; including a deep gouge on the tiny corner of the fender flare. The color is excellent, the finish is factory and the reassembly was perfect - body lines are dead on. I would strongly recommend Royal.
