My children love this place! They are often busy but the service is fast. I’m big on food quality and customer service and this location never disappoints. Our food was fresh and delicious. The staff is attentive, pleasant, and genuine. I would definitely recommend! We will be back soon.

My favorite burger chain by far. Freshness is key in their food and it shows. Customer service always on point and food is always good. Better than five guys in my humble opinion. And try the spicy chicken sandwich, just add cheese and mayo. It is honestly one of the best chicken sandwiches out there.

My son and I stopped in and were greeted as we came in. The cashier was not pushy as we reviewed the menu on what to order and even offered suggestions of what they had new. Food came out quick and as ordered. Management came around to check on all customers and I saw they helped another table clean up. As we left, they thanked us for coming in and welcomed us to come back. If I'm near the location again, I will definitely stop by!

I wish I could give this place my business again without my car ever being hit. First time hit and run, and Darek not only fixed my car, but helped me understand what to do and what not to do with the insurance companies. He stepped in and battled with them on my behalf and I am so thankful that the towing company recommended him. Would use again in a heartbeat and highly recommend to others. Family business, responsive owner, knowledgeable, friendly, hates when insurance companies try to take advantage of you, and won’t waste your time.

Brought my BMW X6 that I just purchased to Darek for a complete inspection to make sure everything was in order and he went over it from top to bottom, inside and outside. I always got great service here.

The Tower Auto folks really took care of me. I had a scratched fender and a cracked windshield and had to get it fixed in a short time frame. They got me in despite being super busy and were very communicative especially Zack/Zach. The estimate for the work was spot on. Will definitely be back for future repairs.

Bobby was super helpful and kind! He came fast, jumpstarted my car for me and even was kind enough to put air in my tires. Bobby also gave me some advice to keep my car battery clean and healthy. Will definitely be using this service again when I ever need it! 10000% will recommend!

Culver's in Matteson is Awesome! Let's start from the top why I gave it a 5 Star rating. I'm one of the top business reviewers in Chicago when it comes to reviewing businesses on Google. This Culver's owner is what separates this location from the others I've went to. She is amazingly pleasant. She is grooming her employees to run the business just like she runs it. She cares about her customers and employees and it radiates throughout this location. This location is giving back to the community and that's a game changer before I even start talking about how delicious the food is. This is the location you want to visit! You can eat inside and outside. The burgers and spicy chicken sandwiches are delicious and that Strawberry cooler is everything!

This is my second time using Derek and his team. I am very glad to have found them. I knew exactly where to take my car when it needed repairs again. They do an outstanding job! My car looks brand new and I can't even tell where it was damaged. Derek is very honest and reliable. He is great with dealing with the insurance and I can trust that he is looking out for my best interest. I would highly recommend them! I have told my family and friends about them and their excellent work.
