No issues checking in, drop & hook, found our drop spot quickly as well as our hook spot. Got to the guard house and sat longer than we should have for paperwork to get out. Even arrived 1.5hrs earlier than originally scheduled. Still going to be out before actual scheduled appt time to pick up loaded trailer. Everyone we’ve come into contact with has been extremely nice. Would’ve given 5 stars, but the check out time is what took one away.
