The Pointe Apartments

I’ve been here since 2009. It’s a great community. Their maintenance staff is fast and efficient. The staff in office go above and beyond to help, They’ve accepted packages, brought them over. I have trouble walking. I feel secure. They keep properties well kept. They offer a lot of amenities and event throughout the year. Come and see for yourself.

I'm glad I picked my first apartment here at The Pointe. It's located in a great area with lots of stores and restaurants to choose from. The property grounds are always clean and well maintained. The maintenance crew is just awesome they are very responsive and always come out shortly after to fix the problem. It's a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The application process was easy and simple especially with the help from the patient, helpful, and friendly office staff. I would 100% recommend The Pointe Apartments to anyone looking for a new apartment. I'm glad I made the right choice by picking The Pointe as my new home.

I don't give 5-stars lightly, especially for things like an apartment where it's near impossible to provide a perfect service. However, to give 4 stars would be to underrate the Pointe Apartments!

I've lived here for 2 years and am leaving due to logistical reasons related to work. Before selecting this apartment I did fairly extensive research of various apartments in the NW suburbs. I wanted to be sure I found a quality apartment and most importantly an apartment with thick walls.

I'm a super light sleeper so I was afraid of landing in apartment with thin walls or noisy neighbors. In my two years living here there has NOT been a single instance of hearing neighbors or being awoken at night by loud noises. The walls here are thick and pretty sound proof!

In addition these apartments are very high quality and aesthetically pleasing. The neighborhood and neighbors are nice as well. There is a park within a few minutes walking distance which was also cool.

Lastly the staff was always super accommodating and friendly. The maintenance servicing was also very solid.

I spent 5 great years with The Pointe! The office staff truly helped make this place feel like home. They knew me by name from day one. They handled any request or concerns I had in a timely and professional manor. Although you cannot choose your neighbors and you never know what you might get, The Pointe did a great job doing their best to get their customers to the right buildings. I was super happy to find myself in a pet friendly and smoke free building. The office staff also plans so many community get togethers, it’s a great way to meet other tenants. The area is safe, clean, and maintained. I highly recommend The Pointe to anyone looking for a great community!

I love living at The Pointe Apartments! I've been living here since May 2011. The staff are very friendly, professionaI and always available to answer my questions. Customer service is their top priority! I cannot say enough about the maintenance crew. Whenever Ive placed a work order, it has been completed in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. The monthly events are so much fun to attend and meet your neighbors. The residents are nice and I've made many friends over the years here. Summers are great as the pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and there is a free lunch provided every Saturday from noon to 2 pm. Quiet community, Easy access to places to eat, shop, and more. Why not check it out? Who knows, you may love it as much as I do!
