Best customer service ever. I've been to a couple of tmobile store. This is the best one ever. Has outstanding employee's. I've been a tmobile customer for over 15 years.

If you pull in correctly next to the scale this place is very easy to deliver. Show your paperwork and you will be given a door immediately. Yes you do need to pull into the street to properly back into your door but there are tons of trucks on the road and they will stop for you realizing you need the street to properly back in. Forklift driver was extremely friendly and they unload you fast.

This is the best sprint/ T-Mobile store in the area, focused on great customer service! Tried the other two other stores in Elgin and they’re absolutely horrible compared to this one. The assistant manager, Rocky, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He helped my parents upgrade to the iPhone 13s for a great price, and he helped us bring our monthly bill down by a LOT. He knows all the ins and outs and really is on your side instead of trying to upsell like all the other stores. Will be going to this store for a while to come :) thanks Rocky

I went to 512 S Randall Rd T-Mobile store over the weekend to get a new iPhone for my wife. The staff there was friendly and helpful, especially Jonathan. He was very professional and walked us through the new phone features, old phone trade-in process and transferring the data between both phones. Highly recommended location. There are other T-Mobile stores in the area but this one is the best! Keep up the good work!

Love that I was able to get the new iPhone 13. We were there for half the day it seemed however the manager was so nice in taking the time to help us and answered all my questions about moving to t-mobile. This store is super busy and feel bad they have to deal with so many rude customers. Rocky and Martin were amazing and greeted every single person while we were there and made sure to help when possible! Amazing customer service, even tried to help w/ customers who rubbed it in their face they bought the phone at another store and demanded they get helped with a data transfer instead of waiting like everyone else in the store. Made a whole scene! I wish more people had this amazing level of customer service!!! Thanks so much and would recommend this location to everyone.
