The service of this place has given me the best experience for purchasing something. From walking in I met the lovely manager Nick Paul. This guy was the best he was not only helpful but very charismatic. He gave me a good run down on the storage unites and the prices.

Nick and Paul at US Storage in Wilmette are wonderful! They provide excellent customer service and are always friendly, kind and caring. They are real gems that make the facility a warm, welcoming place. They’ve even got great restaurant recommendations! They helped out our family with our storage needs with a fantastic attitude and made the whole process for us stress free. Nick and Paul lend this facility a small business/neighborhood feel. If you need storage, this is the place to go!

If you're looking for storage space, US Storage is the place! It's spacious, clean, and most especially the property manager, Mr. Nick Paul, is very nice, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He answered all my inquiries and made me feel that it's safe to use their facility. He even walked with us and demonstrated to us on how to get in and out of the storage unit, which btw was set up perfectly! Thank you so much for that Mr. Nick!

If I were to ask, I would definitely recommend US Storage Wilmette not just because of the place but mostly because of the excellent customer service of Mr. Nick Paul!

I have had a wonderful experience with this facility! Nick is always helpful, prompt, and kind. He immediately addresses any issues, remembers me when I call, and even gave me a handmade glass ornament when I visited around the holidays! I highly recommend doing business with Nick and the team!

I don't write many reviews, but after a frustrating month-long ordeal attempting to secure storage for my deceased in-laws estate contents, I wanted to give credit where credit is due. My wife and I had wasted a few weeks calling around to various storage facilities and either got exorbitant rates or poor customer service (usually both!). We finally settled on this Wilmette Ave location after talking to the manager Nick and arranging a site tour. It was refreshing to encounter a staff member who actually seemed interested in securing our business! He was friendly, knowledgeable and was respectful of my wife as she has been having a tough time emotionally after having to sell her childhood home and then finding a safe and secure location to store a lifetime's worth of memories.
