This is an excellent and honest service. I often feel taken advantage of with auto repairs, but not here. Jose diagnosed the problem, provided a quote, and explained everything in simple terms. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I was comfortable asking questions. I will use this service again and recommend it.

Our car broke down last Thursday evening when we were on our way to Chicago. Jose was very prompt and professional. He explained the problem with the car very clearly and was very reasonable with the price. We had to stay the night in Chicago because he couldn't get the part till the next day. But knowing that we were from out of town, he tried to help us as soon as he could and we were on our way home before noon the next day. Extremely grateful for his help in what was a very stressful situation.

A great technician who’s work is phenomenal! Very knowledgeable and has given me information on what my car needs for repairs. Very professional at what he does and customer service is off the charts! I’ve already had my car serviced twice and it’s 100 times better than it was before! Jose is an excellent mechanic!!! This is my 2nd time using his services, and both times he has done great job! He changed my brakes and rotors, and the battery on my husband's car, which was an unexpected repair. He took time out of his busy schedule to fit us both in, and went above and beyond to provide us great service. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and professional.
