Keith Roy Insurance - Meemic Insurance Agent

I was referred to the Keith Roy Agency through a co-worker. From the start Keith was friendly yet professional, he was very knowledgeable and had answers to my many questions about auto and homeowners insurance. Honestly I had never heard the name Meemic and I had been in education for over 20 years, but after discussing the pro's & con's to switching over to Meemic it was a no brainer. Recently my vehicle was totaled by a distracted driver, it was such an unnerving experience and although Keith wasn't responsible for handling the claim he was with me through all the frustration, many phone calls etc. to make sure I was being taken care of by Meemic. He is excellent at customer service and he does everything within his ability to make sure his clients are okay. My husband and I are grateful for Keith, Meemic isn't a perfect insurance company, but with ppl in place like Keith when those hic-ups do arise it's a lot easier to handle.

Meemic and Keith Roy have provided my family with very affordable insurance for everything in our life from auto, home and even all our recreational toys. Keith is always very responsive and quick to help us deal with any questions or issues. He Is professional and invested with his clients. I appreciate everything he does for my family. I recommend Keith Roy and Meemic to all my friends and family.

If you’re a teacher, Meemic is worth checking out. They were cheaper than other competitors by a significant margin, particularly on auto insurance. Keith is always very responsive and easily accessible by text. Friendly and polite. You can tell he really believes in the company. Meemic’s company website is a bit confusing, so I’m hoping they make it easier to find documents on there, but that is more a corporate issue.

I could not ask for a better agent and insurance company. Keith Roy has been amazing. Anytime I've had any insurance questions or need he always answers my questions promptly. I've had multiple car and a home insurance claim and Meemic agency has always followed through in a efficient and respectful manner.

I met Keith a few years ago prior to him joining Memic and he is a real class act. He has always been very prompt with questions and the insurance is very reasonably priced. If you are looking for someone you can trust and quality insurance products, look no further!
