Refresh Pilates and Wellness Studio

My husband and I love our Refresh Pilates classes; Even my experience with physical therapy(MCL) was enjoyable and such a fun time! Everyone is always kind and motivating, and the classes are such a great way to start or even end the day.

I wanted to try Pilates for years and am so happy to have found Refresh! The instructors are helpful, knowledgeable, patient and fun! I've loved trying the different classes and appreciate the 6:00pm sessions for those of us that work 9-5. I would highly recommend Refresh to anyone that's wanted to try Pilates but not sure where to start. Try it -- you'll be so glad you did!

Refresh studio has been my go-to place for private Pilate sessions and the occasional group class whenever I can fit it in. This is a fully staffed studio with probably every Pilates fixture and prop one can workout with from the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrel and all the other goodies in between. The instructors are Pilates certified. If you want an authentic Pilates workout and not a hybrid, this is the place to be including the fact several of instructors are physical therapists. The practice supports the health of the body and encourages growth in one’s workout. And one big plus is the location because the studio has a serene feeling—not plopped in some strip mall area.

I absolutely love Refresh! My entire family is treated by their knowledge staff and we couldn't be more happy with the treatment we receive. I'm usually seen for chronic low back pain but sometimes other issues arise and they are able to offer advice and treatment. I always see the staff at Refresh before seeing my Primary Care Physician. They are so kind and accommodating to my son with special needs, too. He absolutely loves going to PT and he is ALWAYS greeted by a friendly staff..he especially loves Dr Stephanie's hugs, positive energy, and massages. We are so very lucky to have such a wonderful practice so close to home! Highly recommended!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Couldn’t love this place more for PT! Steph and Dani do a personalized Pilates PT program for me to help strengthen the core but also strengthen and stretch my bad back. They’re both diligent and efficient. Anne, Kamal, Tim and Justin are great as well as I’ve worked with them from time to time too. I was skeptical to switch to another PT as I haven’t had much success with pain relief in the past but I’m glad that Steph has proved me wrong. I look forward to continuing to work with her and her great team!
