    I was in a car accident yesterday afternoon. Petra helped me so much. She explained everything, was so supportive and understanding. She walked me through it and went above and beyond what I am used to with an insurance company. I have been with Joey's agency now for 2 years and both of them have guided me through my business insurance needs as well as my homeowner's policy and car insurance needs. They make you feel cared for and like family. I highly recommend them both.

    Petra is amazing and always so quick to respond to all of our needs. We have all of our car, home and life insurance through them and have never had an issue of any kind. It is always nice to have an insurance company that you know has your back.

    I have been with the Joey Smitherman Agency for my home and auto insurance since before he took over from the previous agent. I have never had any problems nor an issues they could not resolve in a timely manner by phone, email, or an office visit. I usually deal with Petra who is always friendly and helpful.

    Every time I have interacted with Joey and Petra - I have received nothing but excellent service. It always feels like they have my best interests in mind. Issues get resolved quickly and fairly. We have 4 drivers in the house - and my daughter who has had to 'take care of some things' - has called Petra and angel. So - thank you for taking care of my family.

    Joey helped out so much with finding the right life insurance policy for myself and my children. He is so patient and listens. Petra in the office was super fantastic with all the follow up. If you are looking for an Agent that truly cares this is the place.
