AccentCare Inpatient Hospice Center-Naperville

Our beloved brother recently passed at this care facilty and the care was really very good. The entire staff was so helpful and understanding as we tripped through this process. They took excellent care of him the entire time. For this we are thankful.

October of this year was a rough time for my family. My partner was in end stage kidney disease when we made the decision to move to hospice. The representatives from AccentCare were wonderful, starting with those who came to the hospital to explain the process. She was moved that evening to Seasons Hospice. The care there was phenomenal. The nursing staff (especially Maggie and Melissa) treated us both with kindness and respect. They were respectful of our time together there and kept her comfortable in her last days. Words cannot express how wonderful it was to be at a place where her needs were being met, and we were able to be together in a comfortable environment.

Two days after my partner passed, my mother was admitted to the hospital with advanced liver cancer. Again, a decision had to be made, and hospice care was again needed. I did not hesitate at all to recommend that my mom be moved to Seasons Hospice as well. While my sister and I were unable to be there all the time due to being at my partner's wake and funeral, I had no hesitation knowing that my mother was being cared for while we were gone. Once again, we were able to be with my mom in her final days. The staff was again wonderful and caring for both my mom and our family (including our fur-babies).

I would highly recommend Seasons Hospice for anyone having to go through the difficult process of going through the end of life process. They were not only wonderful while we were there, but their social workers have continued to follow up to make sure I am ok and make sure I don't need anything after losing my partner.

Every single member of staff; from aids, nurses, doctors, social work, cleaning and kitchen were absolutely incredible. They took such loving and gentle care of my father as well as my mother and me. Words cannot express my heartfelt gratitude for your support and love at such a painfully difficult time for my family. Thank you.

Thank you so much to the staff working the evening of 02/15/2022. You all provided excellent care for my grandfather and were very respectful of his time and our families time. The nurse was very responsive to my grandfathers comfort needs and respected our grieving period after his initial passing.

Losing someone is never easy, but the nurses and aides at Season Hospice gave us so much comfort if my dads final days. He passed away here 6 months ago. The care there was amazing. They were always very responsive to us and the care we thought my dad needed. Not only did they take great care of my dad, but they also made sure I was comfortable as well the whole time I was there.

I remember when we were talking about having him go to a hospice facility, I was so nervous. I would have loved to hear from someone who had an experience similar to mine. If it’s still like it was when my dad was there, your loved one will be well taken care of.
