Roman and Tyler were an amazing duo that helped us fix our shower. From start to finish, Tyler explained how the whole process would go. He checked in on the project throughout the process, even stopping by in person to check out the progress. The wall from the original was caving behind the tile due to moisture leaking in behind the tiles. They tore out the basin, the walls, and fixtures. Roman made sure all of the fixtures were what we selected and thay everything fit precisely and matched. Roman was knowledgeable and thorough when explaining what was going on and what was left to be done. Roman explained how the glass door would swing both inward and outward to allow water to drip inside the shower after running to keep the floors dry. Roman and Tyler were professional, thorough, knowledgeable, skillful, and patient through the process. We highly enjoyed working with these men! We are already considering a bath remodel with Tyler and Roman now to work on creating a uniform, updated master bathroom. Looking forward to working with them again in the near future!

We really enjoyed working with Tyler Page our design consultant. There was no pressure sales and he really listened to our needs and did not push anything on us. Roman, our installer, was on time, did beautiful work and consulted us in areas where we had questions. He also made sure his work space was always cleaned up. John was efficient in installing a piece that needed to be replaced on the corner due to sizing issues. Very efficient. Even the office folks were very helpful. Everyone was nice we really like our new shower and sink top! Thank you Excel for your courtesy and professionalism in doing a job top notch. It really is hard to find people and a company that really do seem to put the costumer first.

I couldn't be more pleased with the work Excel Shower and Bath did in my master bathroom shower and vanity. Alex Flack was my sales contact and he was very attentive to all my questions and followed up when I called him. I can't say enough about the quality of the work done by Tom and Jon. They were my installers and they worked so efficiently and hard and did a fantastic job. They kept me informed throughout the project and they managed through some challenges with the installation.
