Went into adopt a dog and purchased a lot of dog food supplies and treats and toys will be going back in the near future for other items just moved into the area

Just purchased a Toro lawnmower. Chris at the Carpentersville location was beyond helpful in assisting me with the information needed to make the right choice. He assited me with the trailer to haul it back home and all.

Went to fill up two propane tanks. Employees inside were friendly and promptly sent outside a yard employee to refill my 2 tanks. Reasonable priced way cheaper than doing a tank exchange, plus dealing with a human instead of a push button machine.

I never even knew what type of store this was until we decided to raise baby chicks last year! Now, I visit this store of the time to get treats, food, and toys for my small flock of 3 gorgeous girls! They also have a great selection of lawn care products, other pet supplies, hardware, and so much more.
Well organized, fair prices, and the really helpful staff have made raising our chickens a breeze :)
