Thank you so much Maureen for all your help! Our Mommy-Daughter vacation to The World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios Orlando was a success. The Lowes Sapphire Falls was perfect, and our room location was exactly where I wanted it to be: near an elevator and immediate access to the boat dock. Thanks for calling and checking the hotel for that. It was also near the lobby and quick access to the pool and restaurants as well. Thanks for all your help in the planning process and checking out different itineraries to best suite our needs. The US VIP Experience was so worth it. It worked out exactly how we thought it would - the other members of our tour group took my thrill seeking daughter on the rides that I couldn’t handle. Will definitely use you again, especially for (hopefully) our many future Mommy-Daughter vacations. Thanks again.

We had a wonderful experience working with Mo in planning our families 1st Walt Disney World vacation! Mo (Maureen) was extremely helpful from start to finish! We booked airfare and a Disney cruise with her. We needed two cabins and originally Disney didn't have two next two each other so we just booked the two closest rooms they offered before it sold out. Mo went out of her way to not only continuously monitor airfare pricing but to continuously check with Disney to see if adjoining rooms became available due to cancellations. We received a call from her informing us that adjoining rooms became available and she took care of switching our current reservation over to that. We will definitely be using her services again in the future!
