(February 16, 2023, 12:50 pm)I've been going to Crunch Mt. Prospect since it opened. I've recently noticed a huge improvement in the overall atmosphere of cleanliness and how well kept the machines etc are. especially during the past couple of months. They have hired a cleaner named Jessica who is awesome. The women's locker room is spotless now, and even has fresh flowers on the counters. This is a definite improvement from the past. Kudos to her for making a positive change to Crunch.

I've worked out with some pretty hardcore trainers and John M here was one of the most uplifting, motivating, and genuine people I've ever met. He carried himself with such grace and has great conversation. He pushed me and trained me on leg exercises that I was unfamiliar with and corrected my form on the exercises I needed more work on. He even made sure I had enough time between sets for recovery and tracked my heart rate! I burned more calories today than I have in months! His energy was also super high vibrational and I could tell right off the bat it was going to be an excellent workout.
Overall I love this gym. The employees are all so nice & helpful. Also the playlist they play over the speakers is awesome!! A good mix of music and is always at the perfect volume. I've never had an issue as far as cleanliness goes. The women's bathrooms are always clean and even have candles, lotions, and hand sanitizers out! The lady who cleans the bathrooms (she has multicolored hair) is so sweet and always says she "ensures to take care of her girls." I love it because it feels so inclusive.
The gym crowd is pretty average--people rerack and clean the machines, don't take too long, and are always courteous. I've never had a bad workout experience here. It's nice to come to a gym with like-minded individuals. -

(November 11, 2022, 1:50 pm)Good gym with a variety of equipment. Can definitely be busy after work hours so I like to go in the am to beat the rush. If you use resistance bands, need a barbell pad, or ankle strap for the cable machines you'll need to bring them yourself though. And most importantly, I love the hydromassage!
