I have practiced Hatha Yoga since 1975 and Kundalini Yoga since 2005. Michelle is, by far, the best teacher I have ever experienced in either discipline. Her always encouraging instructions are clear and understandable, whether you are a beginner or an experienced student. Options and modifications are explained, as well as the theory behind the movements, mantras and meditations. You cannot go wrong with this teacher - her positivity is infectious!
