I am moving out of state soon but needed updated vaccines for my cat. I’m really happy that I chose this place! The tech and veterinarian were SO patient, gentle and kind. They treated him like a total baby and made me wish I could take them on my move with me. Seriously great staff, in it for the right reasons! Which means everything to me in this industry.
I cannot say enough good things about this vet! I was just in this evening with my cat. They literally sang to my cat to keep her calm. They handled her respectfully and they weren’t pushy on any extra services. I also appreciated how open they were on costs before starting treatment so there were no surprises at the end. Will 100% be bringing my cats back for care!
I love Vet IQ. My dogs visits are better than my own doctor appointments. The exam was very thorough. The doctor and techs are nice, they answer all my questions and my dog is so enamored he doesn’t notice when he’s getting vaccinated.
Great first-time experience. Veterinarian and technician were a dynamic duo: Very competent, professional and obviously cared deeply about providing quality care for my pet. Very efficient at reasonable prices. I will come back.
The Doctor and Vet Techs at the Sycamore location are so good. I have a big old baby Shiba boy who doesn't like his nails cut. Dr. Sits on the floor with him sings to him and the techs trim quickly. while he doesn't love it he does sit and cooperate and I do think he loves the attention.
