Mitch was the best part of our creation of a master bathroom in my barn, which is attached to my home.

I had a GC but preferred to do the heat pads myself since my GC said he knew of no company who made heat pads for radiant heat under a nail down wood floor. We found Thermosoft.com, and Mitch.

Mitch spent several evenings over more than a week's time, patiently walking me though the imaginary measurements he needed, between the fixtures that weren't in place yet. I know he'd do the same for anyone. Mitch was great. It turned out perfect!

I just ordered under floor heat mats, thermostat and a sensor for a new sunroom, . I have spoken with and worked with Ryan at Thermosoft on 4 occasions over a 2 week period to fully understand the product, installation, efficiency and amount of product needed. Ryan was knowledgeable and professional. Most of all he was patient as I educated myself on the product and benefits.

Once we receive and install the product I will post once again, however, we know 2 other people that have used Thermosoft and they are quite satisfied.

I can't say enough about the fantastic level of customer/technical support that Thermosoft provides. The input and guidance from their staff was extremely helpful before, during and after my install. We ran ThermoFloor Mats (120V) under laminate flooring in a basement family room with a 6 Mil vapor barrier on top of the concrete. As directed we were very careful during installation and I checked each mat resistance many times throughout the process.

Here's a helpful hint: after you successfully complete your install, be patient! I was expecting instant gratification and toasty warm feet the minute I first turned the system on. It took me some serious Google Jr. Detective work and one more call with Thermosoft to remember that it takes quite a while for the thermal mass of the heated area to warm up, especially in a basement application like mine. After about 24 hours of letting things come up to temperature we're good to go.

Mitch is SO helpful! This product line is new in our market, but was called out specifically in the design phase of my project. Unfortunately, the exact components were not clearly specified by the designers, so I reached out to Mitch to ask for not only submittal documentation, but some guidance on what is truly required to make the system work best in our application. Mitch listened patiently, responded expediently, and made our first purchase an easy experience. We're looking forward to exploring the other equipment in the ThermoSoft product line and more opportunities to work with Mitch and the ThermoSoft team!
