My husband and I have a wonderful swing set for a 6 years that looks new. We bought my brother in law a chair and had to order another chair and table. Laura and Krystal in Vernon Hills were fantastic help and a pleasure to work with today.

We just purchased our second seating area. The ladies ( Krystal and Laura) at Vernon hills are so helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Moving products around to see the best fit for your needs. I appreciate them and all their hard work. Thank you ladies !

Where to begin…my first purchase was two gliders with the tete-a-tete and after having the gliders for a couple of months I ordered an ottoman. When picking up my ottoman, my husband who didn’t think he wanted an ottoman decided he also wanted one! We ordered an ottoman and while browsing the store decided we had to have a deep seat cushion couch! Once our couch was delivered we decided we needed deck and my husband built his very first floating deck! The couch now has its forever spot! I have to say the couch looked lonely and we decided we needed a couple of accent tables and a couple of ottomans to add to the floating deck!

We truly trust, love and believe in the products By the Yard sells! All we need now is a bigger back yard to continue adding to our amazing collection of outside furniture we have purchased over the last few years!

Our consultant Krystle is very patient with all of our indecisiveness on what colors we want and gives great insight into what would go best with what we want. She even remembered meeting our dogs on one of our visits to the Vernon Hills store!

I can’t thank her enough for all she has helped us with and for showing she cares about us not only as client but as individuals!!

My experience with this company thus far has been absolutely phenomenal. Today my husband and I went into the Vernon Hills store. We were greeted by Krystle Tapaninen. We had been looking at this furniture for roughly 7 years. We did our homework and approached Krystle with what we thought we wanted. She showed us everything we were looking at and even made helpful suggestions. After spending quite a bit of time, we picked out everything we wanted. She reviewed it all with us several times to ensure we had everything we wanted. She was willing to separate our order into what we needed now versus what other things we would like. All in all we got everything ordered and are anxiously waiting its arrival. What a wonderful experience. Thank you to Krystle for making a 7 year dream a reality today!

Love my glider. Great customer service when I called in a couple times and excellent communication during delivery. Krystle and Brian placed the chair when I was away and did an awesome job.
