I already brought the car before emailing them, but when you enquire they look up the car history for you and give you reports and give you an idea of the cars market value (make sure you don't get ripped off) for free!
I had 7 days return so not a big deal for me, but definitely recommend emailing before hand, very useful.
They if your happy to go head you can arrange either the mobile option and they will arrange with you and the seller and do everything there. Or you can go to there stations. I went to there main one (they have everything they need there, so it was a good choice for me)
You can tell these guys are very proud of their work! If your like me and are a bit useless with cars, they were very kind and patient. They even went over the warranty packages the dealer was trying to sell me to let me know if they thought it was worth it.
They even gave me plenty advice on how to make the car last a little longer and general maintenance.
If you are buying a user car 100% recommend getting a pre-purchase inspection and 110% recommend these guy! -
