This team works great together! They did an awesome job fixing my car too. Super accommodating and very welcoming. The customer service here is awesome, they do everything they can to keep customers safe and satisfied!

There is a shop full of staff ready and willing to help make your car repairs smooth and efficient. It's never a good reason I need to go see the crew at Gerber Collision of Bourbonnais so it's really nice having informed confident people to help comfort you in a stressful time. I appreciate you all, as I said many times. Lol, thank you very much. My Palisade looks amazing.

The Jewelry store is great but the owners Max and Jessica are even better. It’s a treasure for a small town like Mchenry to have a place like this because they have everything you could ever be looking for and the exceptional hometown service. Trust me you will not regret shopping here, I will continue to come back anytime I need jewelry for myself or a gift for someone special

First visit here was 25 years ago when they were at a different location in McHenry. Dealt with Suzanne who helped me pick out the perfect engagement ring (still in use today!). My wife and I came back a couple weeks ago to have my wedding band resized and the prongs on her ring repaired. Dealt with the next generation of ownership and could not have been happier. Warm greeting when we arrived, attentive and informative but not overbearing service, timely repair work (ahead of the promised schedule), and chocolate on your way out the door. I have nothing critical to offer, so five stars it is.

I was referred to Steffans by a good friend. The experience with Jessica did not disappoint. She was incredibly engaging and provided great explanations so that we completely understood all that was involved so that we were able to make an informed decision.
