I wanted to come on here and give my Review of Claire's...I stopped by Claire's today to have my granddaughter's ears pierced and was astounded by a customer's behavior ( I believe her name was Porshia as she made it known in a very loud voice as she was screaming at the poor employee) what happened to being kind and maybe the outcome would have been different... I’m not sure who Ash Smith is as my granddaughter and I were the only other people in the store when this was all happening, I actually told the poor girl we would be back because she was so startled. Whoever was on the phone with her was awesome as she told the employee she didn't have to tolerate anyone mistreating her. The lady was acting Crazy so of course she was asked to leave. I am a frequent shopper here and have had all my granddaughter's get their ears pierced here! It’s sad that people would try to ruin the reputation of a good place! The good reviews definitely outweigh the bad ones.SMH!!

I got my trilogy piercing done by Andrea! Such an amazing lady! Made the experience so much better! Definitely recommend coming to her!

I had to comment in reference to Porshia Branch's review I would not pay that review any attention. I'm not sure why she claims she had a bad experience but, I believe she did not want to pay for the service that she received. 130.00 is not bad for 3 piercing. The people at this store when I went is very professional Especially the Manger that I delt with Andrea.

What an experience! Me and my sister in law went here to have our baby girls ears pierced and I have to say Andrea did an awesome job! She was not only patient with our baby girls but made us all feel very comfortable and at ease while thoroughly walking us through the process. Thank you Andrea! ❤️

I went in to get my daughter’s ears pierced and Andrea did a wonderful job! She provided excellent customer service and was very informative about the piercings/aftercare. We will definitely be back in for shopping and ear piercing’s if needed. Thank you for all your help again!
