I have been consulting with Marcia Williams for a couple of years now since I became eligible for Medicare. I had received a post card from her concerning Medicare information. I called her 800 number and expected computer response or someone from another country and I usually don't respond to post card flyers cause it's usually a unfriendly representative who picks up. To my surprised it was actually Marcia Williams whom i had the pleasure of speaking to. She was very pleasant and informative. Explained all about the different parts of Medicare and what I needed to have. She was very patient and not aggressive. I received all the information I need and she told me I could call her any time for additional information and questions. She did not pressed me to signed up with her. I was so impressed with her that I spoke to my husband and together we setup a date to speak to her together. She helped us find the right Medicare plan best for each of us. She checked if our doctors were "in or out of network and even check on our prescriptions to see which plan covered all of our meds and what tear they fell under." .Recently she contacted me to see if I was interested and if I qualify for a new BCBS plan with a cheaper rate.
Marcia has been so kind and informative that I have given her contact information to my friends.

Marcia Williams has been my agent for 9-10 years. From the very beginning, she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and understanding.
