Helena is a very very good tour agent! I am very glad that she is in our family! She is sociable, friendly, always advises to choose a good hotel. The last trip of our family was 2 weeks ago to the Dominican Republic, Punta Cana, to the new Hotel Dreams Flora. It was just Wow, Wow, Wow! Everything is new, everything and everywhere is clean, the service is just great, the staff is very friendly! I recommend this hotel! Food is really good. Helen is the only person I go to when planning a vacation outside the country. If you like me, don’t have time and patience to look through multiple hotels, flights, transfer options, Helen is your best searching engine. Just give her vacation destination and dates and seat back. She will pull the best hotel deals for you, will find a flight, will arrange airport transfers (in your vacation country). She will give you a great advice from her personal experience. She has been to so many countries and has seen so many hotels, so I trust her judgment. And she never disappoints. To begin I've only used a travel agent twice (as I rarely take vacations). And my hubby and I used a different travel agent for our honeymoon and I was not very happy with the service we received from that agent as she made me feel like I was bothering her at times with my questions or requests for certain amenities at the hotel. So when my husband and I decided to take a December trip to the DR we asked our friends for a recommendation on a new travel agent.

We actually had already had a particular one in mind from our own research and she was more than willing to help us secure the room and amenities we wanted. From the moment we booked our vacation to the time we left if I had a question about anything regarding the necessary documents for international travel to the DR Helen was so responsive. I almost couldn't believe it (especially compared to my first experience at the other agency). She was so kind, patient, reassuring and positive and my husband and I are so happy we found her.
