Shawn provided a thorough mold inspection in our basement following the discovery of some suspicious areas on our exposed ceiling. He was able to offer some simple DIY guidance as mold remediation wasn't necessary at the time. It was so nice to not be sold on an expensive project that wasn't needed. Well worth the piece of mind from only a $75 consult fee

The entire process was very smooth and the crew was excellent. Communication was fantastic and everything was done very thoroughly and professionally. Hopefully water damage doesn't happen again, but if it does it will be an automatic call to Servpro. Thank you so much for all of your assistance and effort!

The ServPro team was timely and professional. The crew leader explained their process to staff so they understood what to expect while demolition was taking place. The team did an excellent job with cleanup which allowed us to focus on our work!
