Area is nice and quiet which make is great for me. The bike path is also a plus!! Highly recommend

I really wish people who don't live at the park could not post reviews for it. Ignore the idiotic and incorrect review from the Little Ramos Family. This is a very well kept park. The couple that runs it works their butts off to maintain this park. They do background checks on everyone to make sure it's kid safe, etc. Keep in mind that most mobile home parks in Illinois are old and have been around for years, so some of the homes are going to be older. They can only be replaced once owners who've lived there forever move out or die. That's just how mobile home parks are. Once a home becomes available, the husband practically remodels the home to make sure it's in good shape for the next owner. Just my two cents, as someone who's familiar with this park for a couple years now.

Wonderful experience so far, the location is great! We have many great restaurants, and a bike path to burn off those calories! Management is also helpful and keeps the park clean and tidy. Made lifelong friends because of this place!
