I’ll be honest and say, I can be an extremely difficult client, not only for my lack of knowledge in the insurance world but my dislike for it in all angles. Tammi spent MANY MANY HOURS going over my complex file with our home, multiple cars and rental homes. Ed and all the staff are excellent! I was able to get reasonably priced life insurance through them. They have the best customer service skills and are very professional as well as responsive to any questions or issues that arise. They provide customer service that is hard to find with big companies where you never know who you’ll be talking with on an 800 number. I’m so happy I met them!
