Both Addison and Alsip locations are awesome great service and always get stuff done in the time they say they will. I use them all the time. And will continue to use them.

This is THE place to get service. They’re not “parts changers”. They will repair what can be repaired and not just tell you that new is the only way to go. Jim up front is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When I drop my truck off with him and the team at Regional, I know that the “you’re all fixed and ready to go” call is only a short time away. Cee Snowplowing appreciates the great work.

Regional truck equipment was friendly and efficient. The waiting room is small with only two chairs but it was comfortable and fairly quiet so a good place to wait. The work they did to my van was well done!

We have had at least 6 vehicles outfitted with different partitions, ladder racks and various other accessories. We have had nothing but a good experience here and the people we dealt with were extremely nice and responsive. I would highly recommend them for outfitting your vehicle for your service needs.
