    The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very efficient with their service. And the environment is very home town help feeling. Would recommend this.

    I have accounts at several international banks w premiere privileges.
    The Wasco branch has given me better service than all the banking entities combined.
    They're professional yet personal.
    Always helpful. Always cheerful.
    Adrienne is absolutely stellar.
    All the staff have had the occasion to help me... in every case have been very helpful.
    I have switched most of my accounts to Old 2nd largely because of the Wasco branch

    The change in management has made a world of a difference to this branch! The branch manger is very helpful! I love going to the Wasco location.

    i have been banking here for over 25yrs. i enjoy going there because the warm friendly service I get is amazing!! my dog Charlie loves it too- they always give him a dog biscuit. I cant say enough good things about the lovely ladies that work there-always so helpful!

    Moving from one bank to another takes time and aggravation. I have to say that Kelly and her team at Wasco are amazing. Was a seamless process to move my personal and business banking too Old Second. I moved about two years plus ago. I couldn’t be Happier with the Professional team effort from every member of Kelly’s staff. They even call me by Name, who does that anymore. Amazing group at Old Second Wasco, they work hard to earn my business every day. I Extremely Grateful!
