OBX Gym & Wellness Co

It's a nice place, coaches are really nice. No pressure to meet anyone's standards, you can always go at your own pace and your own modifications. I've really benefited from going here over the last 8 months and have enjoyed my workouts.

This place is more than just a kickboxing gym! If you want an awesome community to hang out with, kickboxing is just a bonus! They do fundraisers and host a wide variety of events. They offer AM/PM classes perfect for anyone needing a flexible schedule. Also the coaches are amazing! I love OBX!

Love OBX! Great full body workout combining cardio and resistance. Workout is a little different every day so you’re constantly pushing yourself. Trainers are great and the hours flies by!

I started at OBX a couple months ago not really knowing what I was getting myself into. After attending many classes and working with the attentive and motivating instructors, I am so happy that I decided to become a member!! I love knowing that each time I show up I am in for a challenging and varied workout! Kickboxing is for everyone!! 💪🏼

OBX is not only the gym I work out at it is my second home! At OBX the trainers are the best! They are so supportive and welcoming to anyone and everyone. My whole life I have been an athlete. After finishing my last semester of college and waterpolo I was lost on how I will workout on my own. Im so glad I joined OBX because I get the support, the training, and the motivation to keep my healthy lifestyle going. No matter what shape you are in OBX is a perfect place to start. I highly recommend.
