(June 24, 2020, 5:33 pm)My sister and I just participated in his first in a series of outdoor workouts. My sister had worked with Eric before and was excited he was offering this new series. We loved the workout! I love working out outside and the park he chose was perfect. It was a nice, yet challenging mix of exercises with a nice variety that hit on almost all muscle groups. Eric took the time to get to know me and my exercise regimen, also asking about any injuries, etc., before we got started. We had a blast and can't wait to do it again.

(November 26, 2012, 9:22 pm)I have never liked to workout. I’d start for a couple of weeks, then sit on the couch for a few months. Since checking out Goality Fitness Club I can’t get enough! Each class is different, you never know what you’ll do on any given day! Eric Su takes the time to make sure each member gets the attention they need to learn the correct form to get the most out of class. Goality is part of my lifestyle! Now I set my workout schedule every Sunday. Thanks to Eric Su I have never been in better shape!

(August 25, 2012, 6:51 pm)I have been going to Goality for a couple of years now. The level of professionalism, training and knowledge shown by Eric is unmatched. He takes time to answer questions from each student as well as montiors each individual during their workout to ensure proper technique and form. This is small group training which is pretty close to personal training for a fraction of the price. Every time I workout at Goality I walk out of there with every muscle group addressed. Eric is not intimidating and does not ignore his students like other trainers I have worked with. He takes time for every individual in his class to make sure they are comfortable and getting the best workout for the money. I am so happy to have found this little gem!

(July 20, 2012, 10:08 am)This place is the best!!!! I have been to alot of fitness clubs in the past but this one meets all my needs!!!! I can honestly say I look foward to going everyday!! the results have been amazing !!!! I think the best part about this club is the way they always change it up and keep the workouts interesting!!!! I have met alot of new fri here and would recommend it to everyone!!!!

(July 19, 2012, 5:04 pm)I have tried dieting, treadmills, etc and nothing has ever worked the way Goality has! Eric is an awesome trainer and the workouts are unique and addicting! A very different approach and definite results for anyone trying to get fit!
