(March 5, 2019, 11:23 pm)I received a referral to multistate after the trans went out in my explorer. While they haven't replaced it yet, I find the communication with Brad to schedule the repairs exceptional. This is the way people should be treated when dealing with repairs to their car. He has been nothing but upfront about everything. (Update)Brad called me this morning with an issue with the transmission I had gotten for him to put in. There was slight issues with the transmission but he has taken to resolve them and get me on the road today which is about 2 days earlier than expected! I have nothing but great things to say about his the work at multistate thus far! I will update after the new transmission is installed.
Update.
The transmission is in! Truck is driving as good as new, and they did it for a very good price even as they worked through some of the issues my trans supplier had with the remanufactured trans they sent. Even with all the bs, Brad took care of the problem with a smile and perfect class! I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of repairs!
