A great deli and restaurant. The Rueben is my favorite sandwich, the soups are all incredible—just depends on your mood.
This trip I picked up bagels to go. #deli #matzahballsoup
Did a google search for bakeries while in the area and this place came up. Was in a hidden secret strip mall near a highway...just one way in, one way out! Larger than life building on the outside, but on the inside its like 75% resturant 25% bakery store (no. I didnt do math for the kitchen area in the back!). I was here for the bakery. Saw some things I've never seen before, and couldnt tell u what they were called now, But the taste is unforgettable! So wholesome and natural tasting. There was a triangle shaped treat with apricot or blueberry in the middle...1st bite of the crust and i could taste the honey-sweetness of it....and It only got better from there. Theres also this crushed sesame stuff that could be a peanut butter substitute in any recipe (and an upgrade the recipe!). They also have these delicious pasta-based desserts that has completely changed my thoughts on gross pasta-based desserts. I was blown away by how everything tasted and wanted to try more. I will definitely need to stop in again to try the resturant side. I will stop there everytime i'm within 10 miles of the place again. It'll be worth the detour! Be sure to tap a thumbs up if u found this review helpful!
1st time here, lots of classic NY deli options. EXCELLENT homemade potato pancake! Got the Rueben and wasn't disappointed. Friend got the Triple Threat (3 minis: corned beef, pastrami and brisket). Looked good but a lot of bread to eat in one sitting. Be sure to get some desserts from the bakery on your way out because you will be stuffed from your meal but shouldn't miss out on them.
The perfect place if you are looking for a Jewish Deli. You can't go wrong with soup and a sandwich. Everything else is good too. It is nice to be able to get breakfast all day long too. Today two of us got breakfast and one sandwich. The corned beef hash was very good. The lox hoppel popped was enjoyable and every bit of it was eaten. Stop in when you need a taste of home and some great matzo balls. Enjoy the pictures of the hash and lox
Here for the Matzo (Matzah) Ball soup! Happy that two excellent sizes of Matzo Balls came with a regular-sized order of hearty chicken broth soup. You can tell by the texture and taste that the Matzo Balls are freshly made. The Fried Matzo looked like a good option as well. Service is friendly, speedy, excellent. You can tell a majority of the customers are regulars and have built a friendship amongst the staff. A lot of sweet baked goods I will pick up next visit.
