I recently purchased a pickup truck from Al Piemonte GMC in Elmhurst and this was hands-down the best vehicle purchase experience I've ever had.

Sales Manager Victor Malkon was incredibly professional and accommodating, and made my purchasing experience smooth and reasonable. Victor was no-pressure/no non-sense, and his familiarity with his inventory and understanding of what I was looking for ensured I got exactly what I wanted out of my truck. Victor was polite, funny, and clearly very experienced in the industry. Victor didn't play games, and my experience in working with Victor surpassed my experiences at 8 other dealerships while looking for a new truck.

Salesman Joe Cardenas also helped close my deal, and Joe was an awesome old-school salesman full of knowledge and life experience you just don't see anymore these days. Joe was a straight shooter, honest, and fun to work with. It was a pleasure to have met him.

I had no regrets in the days after making my purchase, and I remain satisfied with the experience Victor and Joe provided me which far exceeded my expectations. If you go to this dealership make sure you work with these two to get the same experience I had.

We are very happy with the experience in purchasing our new Yukon. We had very particular needs and our time availability was limited.
