I’ve been and bought from bmw orland, I’ve been and bought from bmw of chicago, and now I’ve been and bought from bmw of Elmhurst and let me tell you, I’ve never seen a salesman as patient and professional as Joe Svoboda, I went and ordered my bmw x7 2023 with him and every other deal ship said NOBODY has an allocation left and it’s impossible to get one before July, we’ll it’s march (I’m 2 weeks late from making this review, received my car February 24) and I’ve already put 600 miles on this beauty!

Joe is an outstanding and honest salesman, worked with me very well and for aslong as he’s with bmw I’m only buying cars from him! Thank you joe for the amazing customer service!

Thank you Elmhurst BMW for an excellent buying experience! Couple days ago, Mike Banach assisted me with a custom order of an X3 with a sport package. His knowledge of BMW vehicles and expertise made the experience very easy and stress free. Mike and David ensured I got the best deal and walked me through the process of certifying my eligibility for military rebate offered by BMW. I am a first time BMW owner and Elmhurst team made me feel as if I have been a member of the BMW family for a long time. Bought a used car from this dealership this week. I reached out about two weeks ago as I was researching the models and they had one. I explained to the salesperson(Eugene) that I was early in the research but buying by the end of the month. He never put pressure on or the usual sales tactics. He was patient and supportive. I never felt pressured. I brought my own financing and I never got pressured into any add-on services by the finance person (jack). I had overpaid my deal and figured I would have to chase them to get my deposit refunded. Nope! It was settled in 2 days. Overall high quality experience and no BS. They all talk the talk, these guys were a pleasure to deal with. On the wish things were different: I will say I have no desire for lo-jack and would have had no issue paying 700 more for some other value add service, like a ceramic treatment or oil changes. I won't hold it against them as I still got a great car at a great value for me.

Joe was an excellent client advisor. From my first phone call he was very helpful and gave me lots of good information about the vehicle I was looking at online. He followed up on our appointment and also helped us understand all the features offered in the BMW X3 on our visit since we were first time BMW buyers. He also helped us negotiate a good price! I wanted to buy my first BMW so I called Perillo BMW to inquire about wait times for a 2023 BMW M550i. The guy on the phone was low energy, not helpful, and said "somebody will call you back". So I hung up, called Elmhurst BMW, and got connected with salesman Joe Svoboda. This was the luckiest thing that ever happened to me.

Joe is like a BMW encyclopedia. He answered all my questions without even thinking. He was super helpful and honest when helping me decide which options packages I wanted to order, and gave me his honest opinion about the different configurations. After talking with him for nearly an hour and ironing out all the details (he was super patient) I decided to order the car. He told me it will probably be here in 5 months.

Fast forward 3 days and Joe texts me a picture of a M550i that just arrived on the lot. It was a different color than I ordered but Joe offered me to stop by and check it out so I can see what I am buying.

10 minutes after arriving I told Joe "Ill take it" and we started the paperwork. He spent another hour inside the car with me helping me learn all the features and giving me tips on how to care for the car and keep it nice long term.

Anyways I know this is a long review but I am totally ecstatic with my new car and so grateful that Perillo BMW did not call me back, because after dealing with Joe at Elmhurst BMW it is clear I will never buy a car anywhere else for the rest of my life.
