We came in without an appointment but they were able to get Tijana to help us right away. We didn't find the material we wanted in stock, but we followed up with requests for quotes for other materials we found online. Tijana and everyone else at Masters Countertops was very prompt in communications and eventually we found something we liked. I should mention that their prices were also very competitive, especially for the small project we had. From the contract signing to install was less than a week, which is probably unusually fast, but great for us. The installers were efficient and did a great job explaining some aspects of the install. They were up front about a very small gap between the uneven wall I have and the top, but so small that the tile backsplash would easily cover it. All in all, a great job by everybody in the office and in the field. I would absolutely use them again.

Great Experience all around. Amanda was great during the sales process and was flexible with our needs. Very quick turnaround from the sales process to the installation date. Installers were fantastic and did a great job adapting. Project turned out great and I would definitely use Masters Countertops again in the future!

Amanda and the team are wonderful to work with. Amanda helps with the design, faucet and sink layouts and everything else that goes along with stone vanity/counter tops. Her communication is great and my questions are always answered quickly .Turnaround time is always quick, with exceptional product quality at a great value. I just had quartz kitchen counters installed. I never write reviews, but I relied on reviews to find Master Countertops. I highly, HIGHLY recommend MC (I went to the Wheeling office). I started knowing nothing, went to the big box stores, visited the Cambria and MSI showrooms, got one small local shop estimate, then found MC online (and afterwards, got estimates from 2 other places just to compare.) MC was hands down the best and gave me the most confidence for this undertaking. So professional and detail-oriented, very competitive pricing, full samples/options, such patience (with questions, changes), and surprisingly fast service. From start to finish: Tijana who was our contact in the office - she emailed responses right away, even sent photos of a slab when requested, gave us samples to take home, and had endless patience giving me many estimates for different quartz and for adjusting measurements; Boris who did the laser measurements, answered my many questions and double-checked measurements/reassuring me with a tight faucet/sink issue; and Stanley and his crew the installers who went the extra mile to save our 150 lb sink for donation and load my van for me, install corner supports for me once the old counter was off (though I was prepared to do it myself), and cart away the bar top that I had already removed. One week from estimate to measure, then one week from measure to install. Looks wonderful and sparks joy. Thank you, Masters Countertops!

I had Masters Countertops install a new quartz kitchen countertop back in March and I have to say they did a wonderful job. They clearly define what to expect on the project and they do their best to insure that the customer is satisfied. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

One thing I would warn customers about, if I were Masters, is that a new sink may mean that your existing garbage disposal may no longer fit in the plumbing scheme. I also bought a new kitchen sink from them with an offset drain (i.e. not in the center). Since the drain had moved, it meant that the garbage disposal needed to move as well, and it wasn't going to fit in with the existing plumbing lines. I had to lose my garbage disposal. I can always buy a slimmer garbage disposal, if I Choose.

Either way, Masters is one of the better vendors I have dealt with. Give them a try.
