Great customer service and response time. I have worked with Lorraine B to to find and order a new boiler as well as needed parts for our steam room renovation. The whole process has been smooth and efficient. I plan to continue working with Accurate Industries for all or equipment needs.

Without exception Accurate Industries has been a wonderful collaborator and Lorraine Barth has continued to go out of her way to make our design and installations happen. We just completed three custom saunas and it required a considerable amount of logistical gymnastics, dividing shipments to multiple locations and deliveries to obscure desert ranches and at each turn Lorraine was there to hep guide the process. I am often skeptical of large distributors and warehouses, where service often takes a backseat to price and inventory, but AI operates differently and the service provided is exceptional. Thank you Lorraine!

While talking she has great energy, is knowledgeable on our systems and needs, is thorough, detailed, courteous and professional.
