I was looking for a sauna heater and other accessories, got excellent advice by an account manager Dianna to determine the best choice for my case. Very competitive prices. Order processing and delivery was quick and smooth. It felt like their process is very well organized (jointly with their sister company Accurate Industries). Overall a great experience! Definitely recommend.

I received a call from a rep confirming that this is what I wanted and making certain I had the correct equipment for the order. They could have easily just pulled it off the shelf and sent it to me without any regard if this was the right order. I found this to be remarkable to take out the time to check on the customer like this. We will be ordering from here more often. Thank you!

Even though we had put an order in and had authorized a payment she called and gave us very good information that changed the order for us. Very professional and a high degree of integrity .
