She was very knowledgeable and responsive. We are so happy about both the refinish and the replacement. If I could give the job 6 stars I would have.

(January 16, 2023, 11:21 pm)Very professional sales and installation. Timing was as promised; installers helped with the "squeaky" floors prior to the carpet installation. Wrapped stair treads turned out great. I definitely recommend Luna for your carpet needs.

(June 14, 2022, 7:39 pm)Scott Westbrook was my salesman, he’s extremely professional worked within my budget and did not try to sell me something I didn’t need. The real reason I’m writing this review is that there was an issue with a wobble on the toilet after they put in the bathroom flooring I didn’t notice it right away until after they left. I called Luna and within two hours the gentleman were sent back they fixed it to my satisfaction and make sure that there was nothing else they could do before leaving. The gentleman cleaned up all their mess put things over the floor so as not to soil carpet leading to the bathroom. I’m very pleased with Luna and will use them in the future and recommend them to my family. I would not recommend a company to my family if they didn’t deserve it .
