Over the years I have purchased a few of Kay's jewelry pieces, I continue to stop by the Yorkville location to have all my diamonds checked and cleaned. The Yorkville Kay's store has always has the best customer service! They are very helpful and professional.

If you are looking for that special something for that special someone, then the Kay Jeweler in Yorkville is THE place to go. The manager there, Emily, is so thoughtful when helping customers shop for their perfect find. Emily has been at the Yorkville location for some time now, and she is very professional when it comes to her work. Not many jewelers that I have dealt with are as passionate and respectful as her, not to mention she knows her stuff about jewelry and can help you with literally anything!!! I give Emily the 5-star review here, because she makes this particular store special for those that are looking for the right piece, and she makes it a memorable experience! Highly recommend asking for her when you stop by!
