The personal attention I received here is what makes Little Rock stand out. We're new to Plano and not jewelry buying people but it was our anniversary, we're missing family far away and my husband wanted to surprise me with something special. Erin (I hope I spelled her name right) treated me as if I were the only shopper in the store, she was kind and knowledgeable, honest about what looked good and what maybe wasn't right for me and knew the story of each piece, which for me was an extra treat! I left with two beautiful pieces and a love for this little "home town business". We'll definitely go back and buy a few other really nice things!

Update: Took one of my pieces in to have some work done on it. The place was packed and we STILL were treated like we were the only customers in the store! Everyone there was attended to quickly and in a friendly way just the same! I don't even go in intending to buy new items, but then I see all the beautiful pieces and feel the home-town atmosphere and I want to SHOP! Great store, good people, stunning pieces!

I went to Little Rock Jewelers after getting proposed to last night & they got my engagement right to the proper size with in 3 hours! I expected it to take 1-2 weeks to get done! Definitely a happy customer!

Took in my ring to be re-sized on one occasion, and another occasion to have a center stone re-set. Little Rock Jewelers did an outstanding job. The staff is always extremely helpful and they have continuously shown excellent craftsmanship. I can’t imagine taking my jewelry anywhere else.

I was at a loss looking for the perfect earrings for our wedding back in July. My mom suggested we make one last stop here and as reluctant as I was I said okay. We had gone to multiple other shops that day and I was so over it haha, mind you this was 3 days before our wedding... Everywhere else we went was either too expensive or just didn't have anything I liked. Little Rock Jewelers ended up having a book for us to look through, which not only was more in our price range, but also had EXACTLY what I wanted. On top of all that, they were able to order them for me that day and get them in the day before our wedding! They were absolutely perfect and I'm so glad I didn't end up wearing the studs I had as back up. Thank you!

Little Rock jewelers took excellent care of my wedding ring I’ve had over 20 yrs needed to be resized I was nervous to leave it with not the jeweler that actually made my ring 20 yrs ago but they were able to get it done for me in a day I felt confident they wouldn’t loose my ring or change the stones . They did a beautiful job on resizing it . Fits great the girls were a great help in letting me know what size and why I should go with the size I chose . Dave I believe is who resized it and it looks great I feel like o have a new ring ! Thank you Little Rock Jewelers I may just have to come back and maybe have you design a ring for me
